1. Who we are
SOFYCOD Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, is the data controller for information collected through the AI ROI Calculator.
2. What we collect
- Account information: first name, last name, corporate email address, company website
- Report information: the operational problem you describe, your answers to follow-up questions, and any cost/role/salary information you choose to provide
- Feedback: if you use the Feedback feature, the text you submit, linked to your account (company name and email)
- Automatically stored technical information: see the Cookies section below
3. Where your data is stored
All data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. This applies regardless of where you or your company are based. If you are located outside the EU, your data is processed outside your home jurisdiction as a result. SOFYCOD, as the data controller, is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for all data processed through this Tool, regardless of where you are located.
4. How we use your data
- To generate your report and make it available in your account
- To email you your reviewed report and related communications (e.g., a link to book a call)
- To improve the Tool, including reviewing submitted feedback
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models beyond generating your own report
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your account and report data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see "Your rights" below.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise your right to deletion yourself, at any time, without contacting us, using the "Delete my profile" button in your account settings. This immediately and permanently deletes all of your projects, reports, and account data. This action cannot be undone — we cannot restore deleted data, so please be certain before confirming.

7. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for enterprise customers
This Tool is designed for free, self-serve use, and most users won't need a formal Data Processing Agreement. If your organization requires a DPA as part of its own vendor compliance process, contact us at [contact email] and we'll provide one on request.
8. Cookies Policy
We use a minimal set of cookies and browser storage — no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Neither of these is used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or analytics. You can clear them at any time via your browser settings; doing so will simply log you out and/or reset your sidebar to its default state.
