1. What this is
The AI ROI Calculator ("the Tool") is a free service provided by SOFYCOD Sp. z o.o. ("SOFYCOD", "we", "us") that generates a preliminary, illustrative estimate of potential cost savings or revenue opportunities from AI-driven automation, based on information you provide and general industry benchmarks.
2. This is a beta product, and this report is preliminary
The Tool is in beta. Estimates, calculations, category detection, industry classification, and any other output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your business.
Every report is preliminary and illustrative. It is generated from limited information you provide in a short questionnaire, combined with general industry benchmarks that may not reflect your specific business, location, or circumstances. A report from this Tool is not a substitute for a detailed analysis of your actual business processes and data, which SOFYCOD can only perform as part of a separate, paid engagement (referred to in your report as the "Discovery phase," where applicable).
We make no guarantee of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate, calculation, savings figure, cost figure, timeline, or other output generated by the Tool. Nothing in a report constitutes a promise, prediction, or warranty of any actual outcome, savings, cost, or return on investment. Any decision you make based on a report is made at your own discretion and risk.
3. What we ask you to provide, and why
To generate a report, we ask for: your name, corporate email address, company website, and information about your business and the operational problem you describe (including, optionally, information about roles, salaries, or costs involved in that process). We use this information solely to generate your report and, where you've agreed to be contacted, to follow up about your report. See the Privacy Policy below for details on how this data is stored and used.
4. Human review
Reports are reviewed by a member of the SOFYCOD team before being sent to you by email or shown as final in your account. Until a report is marked as reviewed, it is shown to you clearly labeled as an unreviewed, automatically generated draft.
5. Your account and your data
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings ("Delete my profile"). Doing so immediately and permanently deletes all reports, projects, and account data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone, and we cannot recover deleted data once this action is taken.
6. No liability for decisions made based on the Tool
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOFYCOD is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost — direct or indirect — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Tool or any report it generates. This includes, without limitation, business decisions, investments, or commitments made in reliance on a report's figures.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
